We found some much needed shelter out of yesterday’s wild winds to photograph Kate and her gorgeous family. It was a bit a blast from the past from me as Kate used to travel on the same school bus as me all those years ago in Timboon. It was great to catch up with her and meet her family. Her two boys certainly kept me running and I quickly figured out the capturing little stolen moments was definitely going to work best with this active little family. Thank yo for a lovely afternoon.
I was lucky enough to photograph this gorgeous family last year, ( which can be found here ) so count myself very lucky to be given the chance to take their photographs again. Meg, Alice and Max knew just what was expected and played and posed perfectly…..Henry was still my reluctant client but warmed up with a bit of coaxing. He’s still not keen to share the spotlight with any of his siblings though! Thanks Denielle for your faith in me and for bringing you lovely family over to me again….Scott, thanks for obliging her
This was one fun wedding, with a very fun bride and groom, brilliant bridal party and lots of gorgeous handmade etsy finds and pinterest (to which I am completely and unashamedly addicted) ideas everywhere…all in all the perfect combination for a great day at work! Bianca and Chris, you were both a delight to be with and I loved sharing your special day with you. I hope I have done it justice. Here’s to a wonderful future for you both.
Although it started off pretty cold, we ended up with a beautiful day for Nessie and Craig’s wedding (besides a bit of annoying wind)! The ceremony was held on the decking outside Morrison’s and proved not only perfect view for the guests, but also for a family of Kookaburras who decided to watch the nuptials from above.I had really lovely time with Nessie and Craig and their bridal party….Nessie’s three sisters and Craig’s two brothers. I think these two are on a step learning curve with Nessie having no brothers and Craig no sisters! Thanks for your trust in me on your special day.
A beautiful moment between a Grandmother and her Granddaughters. As we took the bridal party images before the ceremony, this was Craig’s first glance at his gorgeous bride.
When I get a chance, which isn’t too often, I love to still create photos just for me. Photos that may be an idea I’ve had rattling around in my head for a while, or something that has suddenly got me all inspired. The desire to do a shoot like this has been their for a while but I wasn’t quite sure how I was going to do it until I found this dress and then the story just seemed to create itself.
I really hope you enjoy these images and would love to hear your thoughts about it either in the comments below or on facebook. What do you see? What do they make you feel?
